Dr. Sudhir Giri, Hon’ble Chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University, is awarded the International Glory Man of the Year Award 2021 at a spectacular function held in Goa.
Mr. Sonu Sood, hailed the ‘Real hero in the fight against Corona’ awarded Dr. Sudhir Giri for doing exemplary work of saving the lives of thousands of patients during the pandemic & for providing quality online education at an event organized by Vconnect an event management company.
At a glittering function, Dr Rajiv Tyagi - pro chancellor of the group, received the award as a representative of Dr. Sudhir Giri. The sparkling performance of the artists of the Bollywood dance & laughter challenge made the ceremony memorable.
They presented this award to over 2 dozen dignitaries from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia & Bhutan, for their enduring fight against corona.
Expressing delight on receiving the award, Dr. Sudhir Giri stated that when people recognize your efforts, it further increases your responsibility. He said that under the able leadership of our Prime Minister we will eradicate corona from the country.
Dr. Sudhir Giri dedicated this award to the committed team of Shri Venkateshwara University, which includes doctors/paramedics, nursing and university staff who served the covid patients day night for their speedy recovery. With a humble beginning from the rural hamlet of Meerut, he established over two dozen educational institutions that include universities & medical colleges.
He said that it is a historic day for the employees of the Shri Venkateshwara University. Under the strong leadership of Dr. Sudhir Giri, the Venkateshwara multispecialty hospital served thousands of patients for their speedy recovery. The group provided excellent online education to its students, for which Dr. Sudhir Giri has received the award.
Dr. Sudhir Giri is the biggest influential name in the world of education. He is running a huge number of educational institutions, medical college, private enterprises, and real estate sector along with a huge number of accomplishments set forth.
He launched the “Affordable education and health care for all” initiative to provide access to quality education and health care in India. It has impacted the lives of over 5, 00,000 underprivileged children and adults during the last one decade.
Dr. Sudhir Giri received many awards during his career. In 2003, he won the Guru Rabindranath Tagore Avantika Award for working in the field of education. The All India Conference of Intellectuals conferred him with the U. P Ratan Award 2010.
He was Edupreuners of the year for the three consecutive years in 2016, 2017 & 2018. This was for his extraordinary contribution in the field of education & skill development.
He won the 10th National Education Award for his contribution to higher education & skill development.
Dr. Sudhir Giri was awarded the Global Education & Skill Award for providing direction, consultancy & noticeable contribution to education. He received felicitation at the 11th international seminar on Africa–an unlimited opportunity for contributing significantly in the field of education.
