Recently UIL- SVU has reached understanding with Rudrapur College of Management & Technology, Rudrapur (RCMT) for sharing technical expertise & relations with Industry for offering training in Industries for students of SVU. RCMT has been instrumental in reaching understanding with Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd (SRPL) for industrial training for mechanical branch students enrolled under Industry oriented Diploma Program. A tripartite memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding this effect was signed on 04th January’16 with Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd (SRPL) & Rudrapur College of Management & Technology, Rudrapur (RCMT).

Shriram Pistons & Rings (SPR)

An exceptional lineage of the Shriram Group is one of India’s oldest and most reputed industrial houses. SPR is recognized by almost all OEMs in India and several OEMs in Europe and Asia, as a dependable partner for supply of Euro III, IV & V Pistons, Pins, Piston Rings and Engine Valves.

SRP have unique distinction of having 4 collaborations with world leaders in their respective fields namely Kolbenschmidt of Germany for Pistons, Riken Corporation of Japan for Piston Rings and Fuji Oozx of Japan for Engine Valves and with Honda Foundry of Japan for the manufacture of Pistons for engines produced by Honda and its joint ventures in India

Sansera Engineering

Established in 1987 is a company with year over year CAGR of over 22%. Toyoda Gosei Minda India Private Limited

Founded in 2008, Toyoda Gosei Minda India Pvt. Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of Die Castings Components and Safety Parts like Steering Wheels, Airbags and Body Sealing Parts for four wheeler automobiles. The Company is a Joint Venture between UNO MINDA, Toyoda Gosei and Toyota Tsusho. Its set up is designed to cater to a volume of 25,000 engine parts/ components per day. With approximately 500 employees, the company operates one plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The company is planning to situate its second plant in Bangalore within next two years.

An old ally of SVU, BSAP provides counselling, admissions facilitation and training opportunities to our Polytechnic and B. Tech students, through their vast contacts.

L’École De Design Nantes Atlantique

They have guided us in developing and validating all undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The design village serves as one of the two asia campuses (shanghai and Delhi) for l’école. Students from l’école can opt to come to TDV for a master’s program in transcultural design. l’école invites all students through SVU to spend one semester on their campus in France. This unique exchange between the two schools epitomizes the cross-cultural dialogue that is vital to design in the 21st century. Supported by the chamber of commerce and industry of nantes, l’école is a private institution for higher education dedicated to design professions in France. Founded in 1988 and recognized by the state, the school is a non-profit organization member of the conférence des grandes écoles (top-tier French higher education institutions). l’ecole is ranked 2nd in France in a national ranking of schools preferred by professionals. Its focus on professionalization in partnership with companies makes it an ideal partner for the design village.

The Design Village

TDV is our technical collaborator for our students of Undergraduate and Post Graduate Design courses. They provide training to our students by organizing meaningful faculty and student exchanges with international centres of design. These immersive cross-cultural dialogues help to develop a truly global design quotient.

TDV works closely with industry professionals to maintain a strong focus on the real-world relevance and application of design. Fundamentally, the design village is an energetic and thoughtful place where courageous and compassionate designers are taught the importance of perseverance and empathy in the creative process

The concept promoted by Mr. Atul Bansal who is a technopreneur with vast experience of working in reputed Industries in senior positions and as a consultant to many groups. RCMT is Technical collaborator of SVU for our Industry oriented Diploma programme students. RCMT has been instrumental in signing MoU’s with Shriram Pistons, Sansera and Toyoda Gosei Minda Group

Take One is Technical collaborator of SVU for its Journalism and Mass Communication students. Promoted by young entrepreneur and enterprising publisher Mr Imran Zahid, Take One provides training opportunities, exposure of students and provides future career prospects.

As per guidelines of University Grants Commission (UGC), Shri Venkateshwara University has established University Industry Inter-linkage Centre. The Centre is functional & has following objectives-
